Do you need help practising presence? The better question is, to what extent do you need help practising presence? Many of us need to practise the complete application of our conscious awareness in the present moment. We're contemplating the future, possibly remembering, or even ruminating on the past, and as long as the world spins, so does it seem, so do our thoughts.

Boy, I needed this particular exploration.
The energy in the universal field around the 'pulling' of this symbol was intense, and the lesson came in hard for me. Historically, I have struggled to accept my differences as I felt judged for my perspectives, eccentricities and weirdness. I had done much work on this as a Gen Xer - remember, it never used to be cool to be weird, and I was operating from a position where the company I chose accepted and even embraced my intensity and outlook. I understood the gift of insight I could offer by holding a safe and non-judgmental space for others, especially clients. These differences have ultimately led me to this point and purpose: writing to you. I have wanted to do this for such a long time. I have dreamt of it on a deep, subconscious level. However, the inner resistance I experienced around taking the leap of faith to commit and get the ball rolling has required years of foundational work.
This Symbol is about moving about with deep integrity, focusing on the task of weaving, and carefully completing each action as it links to the next. Acting with mindfulness and attention to detail. The understanding removed my 'global thinking pattern' of trying to have it all accomplished and find an audience, or my prediction of rejection, and back to the process of working with the psychic material - not focusing on the judgment of others or the outcomes of acceptance.
Everything leads us to now and emanates from now.
From the energetic interplay I experienced upon exploring this symbol, I understand that our integrity in intention and the forward movement of action is the very energy structure that protects our dharma (insight into the truth of how things are) and cocreates our karma (results from our past and present actions, and those we will perform). Integrity with action weaves who we are as an energetic pattern and formulates our crystalline, light-being structure. That makes integrity in action not only important but essential. The focus should be there, without losing energy, on whether the process will resonate with others, who will judge it, or how it will be received. Our job is to do the job and to do it well, just because the job needs to be done. Everything else is just borrowed. And this borrowing is represented by the 'setting of the sun' component in the title of this symbol. Time does not stand still; the world revolves, and every living being is subject to inevitable death.
The sun will also inevitably set on our weaving. Refining our art and intentionally applying our skills leads to the product of our making, us, and remembrance and celebration of all that has evolved to this moment. This is our true gift and our legacy.
The task at hand is where we apply our attention. The outcomes that follow are inevitable. Integrity is the quality of the finished woven blanket.
This is how we become truly present.
